Fields of Article Submission
The International Journal of Iranian Urban Design Studies accepts original research and review articles in the following fields:
– Theoretical, practical, and applied studies in the field of urban design knowledge in Iran, emphasizing the enhancement of Iranian-Islamic identity
– Evaluation of environmental quality and analysis of urban spaces in urban design
– The relationship between the quality of urban public spaces and the safety, security, health, functionality, identity, efficiency, comfort, and ease for users of these public spaces
– Physical identity and Iranian-Islamic urban design
– Urban livability in terms of citizen behavior, land use and activity, transportation, and urban facilities
– The interactive effects of environmental conditions and quality, environmental pollution, and climate change on the quality of life and satisfaction of citizens in public urban spaces
– Evaluation of environmental, visual, cultural, and social effects on the quality of public urban spaces
– Urban regeneration, urban aesthetics, environmental perception and psychology, urban landscape, resilience, and environmental sustainability in public urban spaces
