Submitting Manuscript
General principles
۱- Articles which are published in the journal must be the product of the research of the author(s) and the article
must have an clear and appropriate sientific structure.
۲- submitted articles should not have been published in other journals or article collections of conferences. In the case of submitting similiar articles, a difference of at least 70 percent is required.
۳- The journal holds the right to accept, decline, or edit the articles. Articles will be accepted for publication after they are judged by referees and confirmed by the editorial board. The opinion of the editorial board is meant to be an arbitration and is non negotiable.
۴- The authors’ must hold a Master’s or higher degree education. Also one author of the article must be a university faculty member as the author in charge.
۵- The degree level of the author(s) stated in the journal is their level at the time of the article submission.
۶- The author(s) can’t submit a new article to the journal until their current article is decided upon.
۷- The orginal copy of the paper must not include the name(s) of the author(s). Otherwise the article will be rejected from the judgment process and will not be able to enter this process again.
۸- The details of the author(s) must be submitted in a separate file with the following structure:
Name of the author(s) and below it the academic rank, the institution of activity, address, telephone number, fax number, and email.
۹- Use of articles published in this journal in other books or arricles without reference is illegal.
۱۰- Responsibility of the content of the articles is for the author(s).
۱۱- If the article is derived from a student thesis, providing the supervisor(s) permission and their name(s) is obligatory.
۱۲- Recieved copies of the article(s) will not be returned to the author(s).
۱۳- If all the principles are followed, the article will be sent to the referees after the confirmation of the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board. If at least two referees agree on the acceptance, decline, or revision of the article, the judgement process ends. In other cases the article will be sent to the third and forth referee and final decision will .made based on the collective opinion of the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board.
۱۴- In articles which require a revision, changes made should be highlighted in the article, and stated in detail in the response letter to the referees.
Writing Guide
۱- The article must be in Farsi.
۲- A scientifc-research article structure is as follow: Farsi abstract, key words, introduction (including and hypothesis), literature review, research method, data analysis, discussion and conclusion, references, and English abstract. The referral method must be according to the approved method of this journal.
۳- The title of the article must be short and comprehensive and written at the top and middle of the first page.
۴- The abstract must include the important scientific findings of the research, concise, and if possible not ,ore than 300 words and or 10 lines. It must be written in a separate space under the title of the article and in the first page. It should also be provided in the English language. Also, the key words must be written under the Farsi and English abstract.
۵- The key words section includes 4 to 6 professional words which are more important than other words in the article or have a high repetition frequency in the text.
۶- The introduction section includes the statement of the main problem which is accepted by and is the aim of the researcher. In this part the research background and hypothesis and main questions must be stated briefly.
۷- In the literature review section, resources related to the main areas of the research must be stated which must include a high quantity of high quality and up to date references.
۸- In the research method section the scientific method and innovations of the author(s) is briefly stated which can include references.
۹- The data analysis section must be written before the discussion and conclusion part and must include an in-depth and comprehensive analysis.
۱۰- The discussion and conclusion is derived from the main text of the article and includes discussion on the findings with a logical and clear approach and can include tables, pictures, digrams, recommendations and suggestions, etc..
۱۱- The English abstract does not need to be a word by word translation of the Farsi abstract but must include important issues (including the research method, goal, conclusion, etc.) and should be presented in a different page.
۱۲- All scientific references mentioned in the article must be included in the references section and written with APA format. The references must be listed at the end of the article in alphabetical order. First, Farsi references must be written and then English references and references derived from the internet.
۱۳- Arrangement of elements in the bibliographic information for articles, books, reports, and other references in the APA format is as follow:

In the references list: Surname and Forename of author(s), (Year Published), Book Title (Edition Number), Translator(s) Name, City, State: Publisher.

۱۴- The topic of tables must be written at the top of the table. Also, for pictures, illustrations, and diagrams the topic must be written at the bottom. If the author(s) are the source, do not use “source: author(s)” in your text. For pictures, illustrations, and diagrams from articles, the source must be stated and also, extra and irrelevant data must be omitted from what is presented in your text. Pictures, illustrations, maps, and diagrams are all considered as “pictures” and must be coded with “Picture no.” expression. All tables, pictures, and diagrams must include an English and Farsi title and content which are presented separately.
۱۵- The article’s text must be typed in Microsoft Word in A4 size with two columns. The font size for Farsi words is 12 in bnazanin style and for English words, Times New Roman size 11.
